Hey Everyone!!! My name is Lauryn Story, I am 14 years old and I live in the LoNe StaR StAtE. (You guessed it!!) Houston, Texas. YeE HaW!!!

Some of my favorite hobbies are, chatting online, shopping, talking on the phone, jumping on my trampoline, hanging out with my friends, and going to the movies. My favorite sports are track and field and cheerleading, and I love contemporary Christian, R&B, pop and hip-hop music. Let’s see, my all-time favorite movie is Napoleon Dynamite, and my favorite TV show is The Fresh Prince of Bellaire. Red and Purple are my favorite colors.

I have been performing since I was 6 years old and have appeared in print and TV commercials.  In 2001, I was chosen to be in a children’s television series called Mary Lou’s Flip Flop Shop. I had so much fun working with my favorite gymnast Mary Lou Retton! She was very kind, and fun to work with. I appeared in 6 of 13 episodes during the first season.

In early 2004, I was chosen to be in Savvy! I was so excited to get started. Performing is my passion, so I was ready for the challenge. I learned about the Savvy auditions through my talent agent in Houston, she was so excited that I was going to the audition and told me that I was definitely going to make the cut. In the process, I have made many close friends and they have become family to me. I hope to stay with Savvy and grow as a performer, as well as a person. I pray every day that we will always accomplish our goals and most of all, remain friends.

Oh my gosh!!! Touring around the country has been AMAZING!!!! It has been my dream to tour with some of my closest friends and I am finally living out that dream!!! I love going to different cities and seeing new places. I am definitely living the life!! Every city we perform in, we touch people’s lives, and they have touched ours tremendously. In our free time on the road, we will usually go out and have a fun/free time after the shows where we can just play and be kids. To our fans out there, if it weren’t for you, Savvy would still be just a dream!! LoL!! Through your loving support and encouragement, we are able to live out our dreams and ambitions. Thank you soooooooo much! I love you guys!!!

To anyone who is planning on becoming a performer, follow your dreams and don’t let anyone discourage you, but most importantly, put God first in everything you do. If it is God’s will, He will make it happen. Just remember: Good things don’t come easily, they take time take it from me, just be strong and just believe, dreams become REALITY!!!
