Hey Guys, how's it going! My name is Christina. I was born in the 4th largest city in America – Houston! I now live in Tomball, Texas. Home of the Fighting Cougars!!

I am a Christian and worship at Fellowship of the Woodlands. Some of my favorite hobbies are singing, dancing, acting, and swimming. I love playing video games like Guitar Hero, N64, and recently, Madden!! I LOVE to read. And like every teenager, I love talking and texting on my cell phone, going to the movies, and just hanging out and having a good time with my friends! I am a sports fanatic and I am the biggest Dallas Cowboys fan ever!! I love going to games, they're so much fun! Some other teams that I am a big fan of are: Houston Astros, Detroit Pistons, and the Houston Dynamo!! Some of my favorite movies are She's The Man, Finding Nemo, The Notebook, and all the Harry Potter Movies!! (Love all the Harry Potter books too!!) Some of my favorite TV shows are American Idol, 24, Heroes, Grey's Anatomy, So You Think You Can Dance, and any show on Disney Channel (I love Sister Sister and That's So Raven!) I love listening to all types of music. I love everything from Salsa, Pop, R&B, Hip Hop and Alternative and Indie Bands. A few of my favorites are Cartel, Paramore, Kelly Clarkson, The Jonas Brothers, Timbaland, MANA, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Shakira, Beyoncé and of course, Selena. My favorite colors are red and yellow and my nickname is Nina!

I am an extremely proud LATINA! I love everything about my heritage. Our culture, our music, our strong family ties and yes, the FOOD! I love the huge family I come from. I have lots of aunts, uncles and cousins who mean the world to me and who love and support everything I do.

I am the second to the oldest in a family of four. I have two brothers and one sister. My older brother, Mauro, is a U.S. Marine and is stationed in Atlanta, Georgia. I really miss him but I am so proud of him! Ooh Rah! My younger brother's name is Tony and my little sister's name is Alyssa. I love them soooo much! I have a puppy named Lucy, she's an Australian Sheppard /Blue Heeler mix, and she's the cutest thing ever! I have two of THE BEST Godparents any girl could ever pray for. Uncle Gus and Aunt Debra, I love you both so much, thanks for all the support and love you give me. And last but certainly not least, I have two of the best parents anyone could ever ask for. My Mom, Elizabeth, has always believed in me and has been instrumental in me being able to fulfill my dreams and my Daddy, Mauro, is always there to support me through any obstacle that comes my way. I am what I am today because of all the love and support they give me.

Oh boy, do I LOVE to sing!! I've competed in talent shows at my school and I was a finalist for Best Pop Singer of Houston. I was also one of 8 vocalists selected from Texas to go to Los Angeles to compete in Best New Talent. There is nothing like the feeling you get when you are performing in front of a crowd. It is the best feeling ever to see your fans out there cheering and singing along with you. Savvy fans are THE best and we want to thank you and tell all of you that we love ya'll and appreciate your support.

When I walked into the studio to audition for Savvy, I didn't know what to expect. When they got up and performed a couple of songs, I was completely blown away. They are all such amazing singers, dancers and actors. These guys are truly awesome. One thing that I noticed immediately was the strong bond between everyone. I could feel the love and respect they all had for one another and I knew in that instant that I wanted to be part of this group more than anything else in the world! We've worked hard but we've also laughed hard. I feel that we've truly become a family. First and foremost, I want to thank God for leading me to these wonderful people and I want to thank Lauryn, Mariah, Andrew, Alan, Sarah and Drew for believing in me, making me feel welcome and for all their love and support. I LoVe YoU GuYs! I want to also thank Ms. Chris, and Mr. Ron for giving me this amazing opportunity. And one last "Thank You" to all my family and friends who have always come out to cheer me on and who have believed in me from day one. Singing and performing is my passion and this is something I've always dreamed of. I am so excited about the future with my fellow brothers and sisters of Savvy. There are some big things on the horizon for us and I can't wait for all of our dreams to come true, God willing!

For anyone out there who thinks that their dreams are beyond reach remember one thing. With God's blessing, hard work and perseverance, ANYTHING is possible.
